MEET FRED
Fred Warga is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations in the areas of finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance. As the founder of Warga Accounting and Consulting, LLP, Fred provides fractional CFO and controller services tailored to help mission-driven organizations enhance their financial operations and achieve long-term sustainability.
Before establishing his own practice, Fred served as a Director at Armanino Advisory, LLC, where he led audit engagements for nonprofit clients with annual revenues ranging from $5 million to over $100 million. His deep understanding of nonprofit financial management enables him to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that align with each organization’s mission and goals.
Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Maryland at College Park. He is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs.
Outside of his professional life, Fred enjoys spending quality time with his family, relaxing at the beach,coaching youth sports, and embracing his most important roles—being a devoted husband and father.
